The Jalandhar District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission president Dr Harveen Bhardwaj and members Jyotsna and Jaswant Singh Dhillon were hearing a consumer complaint filed by one Akash Deep Kapoor against Castle Toyota ANR Motors Private
