DC forms panel to probe ‘pollution’ of Kabini backwaters

Lakshmikanth Reddy on Wednesday constituted a four-member committee to investigate complaints of “untreated liquid waste discharge and indiscriminate dumping of solid waste” into the river ecosystem.
