Damaging winds and flooding possible during major storm across Windsor-Essex

Environment Canada says conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms that may be capable of producing strong wind gusts of 90 to 110 km/h, nickel- to ping-pong ball-sized hail, and torrential downpours.
