A judge ruled Monday that D4vd will stand trial in the killing and dismemberment of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, finding prosecutors presented enough evidence during a five-day preliminary hearing to establish probable cause.Los Angeles Judge Charlaine Olmedo ruled that the case could move forward on charges of murder, continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14 and unlawful mutilation of human remains.
