Cyclosporiasis in Windsor-Essex linked to cross-border travel

The Windsor-Essex County Health Unit (WECHU) is advising residents travelling to Michigan to take extra precautions after a sharp rise in local cases of cyclosporiasis linked to cross-border travel.
