Emergency services were called to the scene of a crash involving a bicycle and a bus at around 6am on the A48 in Pwllmeyric, near Chepstow, on Tuesday morning.‌A Wales Air Ambulance was called to the crash, alongside officers from Gwent Police and paramedics from the Welsh Ambulance Service.‌A police spokeswoman said a cyclist was taken to hospital for treatment following the collision. Their condition is described as life-threatening.‌The road remains closed in both directions, near Marlow Vets, at this time while investigations continue.
