Cyberabad Municipal Corporation demolishes 26 unauthorised constructions on September 1

One of the unauthorised constructions that has been served a notice. | Photo Credit: Special Arrangement The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) demolished 26 unauthorised constructions and served notices to 10 other owners as part of an enforcement drive carried out across its limits on Tuesday (September 1).CMC enforcement teams identified 36 unauthorised constructions as part of field-level inspections during the day. Besides the demolitions and notices, officials also seized one unauthorised construction.The Quthbullapur Zone recorded the highest number of demolitions with 11, followed by Serilingampally with eight and Kukatpally with seven.Of the 36 constructions identified, 26 were demolished during the day’s enforcement action. The remaining 10 will be taken up for further action
