CVS profit outlook overshadows strong quarter, shares fall

CVS Health reported better-than-expected second-quarter results on Wednesday, but its updated 2026 forecast and 2027 profit outlook appeared to underwhelm some investors, and its shares fell nearly 6 per cent.
