Culture Ministry unveils pragmatic but unfunded plan to secure French museums

Following the theft of the famous Vix gold torque on July 24, the culture minister announced new measures, including the ongoing mapping of the most vulnerable sites and the temporary removal of the most at-risk objects from display until their presentation can be made more secure.
