Crowds wowed with jaw-dropping feats of strength at Wales' Strongest Man in Cardiff

Wales' Strongest Man returned to Cardiff on Sunday and our photographer was on hand to capture the drama. The event took place at Cardiff International Sports Campus where 12 of the nation's finest strongmen competed in a series of gruelling challenges. Trucks were pulled and massive weights carried as a delighted crowd took in the contest, which formed part of the UK’s Strongest Man qualifying tour. Luke Weaver was the winner with 48 points, followed by Matt Dimond in second with 44 and Luke Williams in third with 43.5. You can scroll down to see our best photographs from the event.
