Criminal Network Led by Prosecutor General’s Office Authority Exposed by NABU, SAPO

Following the announcement of a new probe dubbed “Forrest Gump” in August, Ukraine’s anti-graft agencies – NABU and SAPO – stepped up their efforts to target criminal organizations involving current and former Ukrainian senior officials. On Friday, the head of the Cyber Department at the Prosecutor General’s Office, Serhii Kropyva, was detained for involvement in a network of fraudulent call centers and money-laundering.
