Crimea's Dzhankoy Throttles Mobile Internet Amid Worsening Blackouts

Russian officials in occupied Crimea’s Dzhankoy have announced restrictions on mobile communication, with it available only between 8 a.m. and noon, then between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. each day as the power crisis worsens following waves of Ukrainian attacks.
