Crews recover body of second contractor trapped in Downers Grove sewer during storm

The body of a contractor trapped in a Downers Grove storm drain was recovered on Tuesday, a day after two workers went missing as storms moved through the area. Crews recovered the body around 5 p.m., town officials said on social media, more than a day after they rescued the other employee from the sewer drain. The worker's identity has not been released.
