Crazed NYC son who allegedly killed mom charged with murder: cops, sources

Bob Johnny Guzman Soto, 33, was charged with murder in the death of his mom, Josefa Soto De Carmen, 57, inside their shared apartment on Grand Concourse near East 168th Street in Concourse Village, authorities said.
