Court rejects Trump administration's bid to re-detain pro-Palestinian Georgetown scholar

Two other federal appeals courts have recently overturned decisions by lower-court judges that had led to the release of pro-Palestinian campus activists Mahmoud Khalil and Mohsen Mahdawi.
