Court of Appeal strikes out AG’s bid to stay Sedina’s acquittal following withdrawal

The Court of Appeal has struck out as withdrawn an application filed by the Attorney-General seeking to stay the execution of its decision acquitting and discharging former MASLOC Chief Executive Officer, Christine Sedina Tamakloe-Attionu.
