Troy Grevelding told TMZ that he was at the concert at M&T Bank Stadium with his wife, brother and the young girl when the man behind them began urinating. Grevelding told TMZ the man actually got urine on another nearby group, too. He told the outlet that he and his wife could feel the man’s urine run down their legs, and that when they turned around the the man’s penis was still exposed.Grevelding shared v
