Country music icon Dolly Parton died after a short bout with cancer, her team revealed Tuesday. “After bravely facing a brief battle with cancer, Dolly departed her Earthly life today at the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center surrounded by loved ones,” the “9 to 5” crooner’s reps said in a statement.
