Kristi Noem's onetime consigliere at DHS, Corey Lewandowski, has designs on winning back President Trump's favor by engineering a challenge to Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD) in 2028 -- and he sounds very much like he has Noem in mind for the job.
