Cop who abetted fatal abuse of Myanmar maid loses appeal, gets more jail time

The High Court dismissed Kelvin Chelvam's appeal against his conviction for his role in the fatal abuse of Myanmar maid Piang Ngaih Don, who weighed just 24kg when she died.
