Contractors building border wall ordered to stop drilling wells in drought-stricken New Mexico

The Trump administration has ordered construction crews on a border wall to stop drilling wells in drought-stricken New Mexico after ranchers said pumping groundwater needed to make concrete could threaten their livestock.
