A model of Indiramma Housing towers. Construction of Indiramma Housing towers, under first phase, in Hyderabad (CURE) limits, would begin in August last week. The tender process has begun and arrangements were made to commence the construction after the completion of the process, said Housing and Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy while speaking to media personnel on Friday.The scheme for Hyderabad was launched on July 20, when it was announced that 7,680 houses (flats) would be constructed in 16 Assembly constituencies. The built up area of each flat is 528 sft. While the government provides subsidy of ₹5 lakh, beneficiaries have to pay ₹6 lakh in four instalments.
