Constable arrested for double murder in Suryapet

A 2024-batch police constable from Suryapet allegedly beat a couple to death with a stick over a ₹3 lakh debt.The CCTV footage and the confession of another suspect helped police crack the double murder case.He suspect was arrested on Friday.The bodies of the couple, identified as Buba, 40, and her husband Nagulu, 48, were found in a decomposed state by villagers on August 12. “Around 1 p.m., villagers noticed a woman’s body and alerted us.
