Cong. appoints observers to select DCC chiefs

All India Congress Committee (AICC) and Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) observers have been appointed to oversee the selection of presidents for 40 District Congress Committees (DCCs) across the state, AICC general secretary K.C. Venugopal said on Friday.Mr. Venugopal, AICC general secretary in charge of Karnataka Randeep Singh Surjewala, Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar, and KPCC president B.K.
