Concerns for welfare of missing man last seen carrying two backpacks

Jamie Morgan from Monmouthshire was reported missing on July 30.‌The 42-year-old was last seen at around 2.30pm near Abergavenny High Street holding the black backpacks. Officers are concerned for his welfare.‌He's described as being a white man, of a medium build, with short, brown curly hair. He was last seen wearing black trainers, black and white shorts and sunglasses.
