Colombia Gas Import Terminal Lands New Floating LNG Ship

Colombia is rushing to bring in new floating gas terminals as domestic production declines. Excelerate Energy's FSRU Express arrives in early 2027, while Ecopetrol's Pacifico terminal targets late 2026. Imports are now a permanent feature of the market.
