Colombia Court Upholds Pension Reform but Returns Nine Articles

Colombia's Constitutional Court has upheld the core of the pension reform approved under President Gustavo Petro after two years of legal limbo. Nine articles must return to Congress to cure procedural defects, while the upheld provisions are due to enter into force on 1 April 2027.
