Coast rescue teams called after reports of 'yacht ashore' in Northumberland

The Tynemouth Volunteer Life Brigade (TVLB) and the Blyth Coastguard Rescue Team were called - and provided support to the yacht's owner while securing the boat on the Northumberland coast. It has been deemed not to be seaworthy.The early morning call out came at 3.40am, and involved ten members from TVLB.
