Clackamas County man armed with a gun and a tractor faced down SWAT team, officials say

Erik Gordon Shunn, 53, fired roughly 20 rounds at tree workers near Oregon City before using a tractor to barricade himself against a responding SWAT team, who arrested him after a standoff.
