City officials provide Canada Day flood recovery update

Ottawa Mayor Mark Sutcliffe and city staff are providing an update Friday afternoon on recovery efforts following the July 1 rainstorm that dumped more than 100 millimetres of rain on the city and flooded thousands of basements.
