CIA Chief Proposed Trump-Putin-Zelensky Summit

CIA Director John Ratcliffe proposed a trilateral meeting between US President Donald Trump, President Volodymyr Zelensky, and Russian President Vladimir Putin during his unannounced visit to Moscow. Ratcliffe met with SVR head Sergei Naryshkin and FSB Director Alexander Bortnikov, viewing the latter as a “constructive player” who might persuade Putin to resume US-mediated talks.
