China Lures Russia’s Far East Firms With Cheap 3% Loans

Chinese industrial and technology parks are attracting companies from Russia’s Far East with lower taxes, loans carrying 3% interest and capital investment grants. A Russian business leader said several firms had already registered in China, although consultants reported no significant wave of relocations.
