Chicken wraps recalled from UK shops over E.coli fears

Four wrap products have been withdrawn from shop shelves following concerns over bacterial contamination that could cause kidney failure and prove fatal.Manufacturer Summit Foods is recalling the Snacksters Chicken Fajita Wrap, Snacksters Hoi Sin Wrap, East Street Deli Sweet Chilli Chicken Wrap and Target a Snack Chicken Fajita Wrap due to the potential presence of Shiga toxin-producing E.coli (STEC).The action covers all items featuring use-by dates up to and including September 5 2026.
