Chicago man charged in 2025 accident that left 2 dead

A Chicago man was charged Saturday in a 2025 vehicle accident that killed two people, the Chicago Police Department said. Gregory Carter, 28, was charged with two felony counts of reckless homicide, one felony count of aggravated reckless driving, one misdemeanor count of speeding over 35 miles per hour over the speed limit, and various other traffic citations.
