Chet Holmgren gets brutally honest about Thunder's offseason departures
The Oklahoma City Thunder lost several key contributors this offseason as Isaiah Joe, Lu Dort and Aaron Wiggins will all continue their careers elsewhere. Thunder star center Chet Holmgren likened the departure(s) of beloved teammates to "losing a family member," even though he understands that it's part of the business of basketball. "That's how the business of this game goes. No team, all 17 guys, sticks together forever. But it doesn't make it hurt less when you see guys go," Holmgren said of the Thunder's departures. "At the same time, I'm excited for [Dort and Wiggins] and the opportunity they're going to have in Atlanta.
