Cheetham Hill incident LIVE as major police cordon in place on residential street

A residential street is taped off in Cheetham Hill tonight (Monday July 27) with police at the scene in what appears to be a serious incident.Police have been on Spender Avenue in Cheetham Hill since around 6pm.
