Chaotic scenes as migrants dash for food following Ceuta protest

The Red Cross distributed food to migrants in Ceuta on August 27 after protesters blocked access to the organization’s vehicles for more than two hours. Demonstrators were demanding that the Spanish government take action to address the migration situation in the enclave.
