Carvoeiro Clube Group Appointed as New Operating Manager of Hibiscus Gardens

Carvoeiro Clube Group has been appointed as the new operating manager of Hibiscus Gardens, bringing the resort in Carvoeiro back under the management of an experienced local operator following several years in which the development was largely inactive and its properties were no longer being operated as a tourist resort.
