Cardinal David on Pax Silica: Will it help the Filipinos?

MANILA, Philippines — Cardinal Pablo Virgilio David has raised a concern whether the United States-backed Pax Silica initiative would benefit the Filipino people, emphasizing that technological innovation should uphold human dignity, promote care for the country and bring peace among nations.  David pointed out that the real issue with the initiative is not about whether
