Cannabis farm worth up to £39k found in flat

A 25-year-old Albanian man has admitted being concerned in the production of cannabis after police, acting on a tip-off, forced entry to a Paisley flat in Rowans Gate and found 66 plants worth up to £39,600, with sentencing deferred until August.
