Can a WhatsApp reporting channel clean up Berlin's 'Kotti' station?
Passengers at Berlin’s Kottbusser Tor can now report litter, graffiti and damage directly to the BVG via WhatsApp. The transport operator hopes the pilot project will help get problems fixed faster and improve daily journeys.
