Most real estate listings boast about “tremendous views,” but a $4.7 million Newport Beach home in Cliff Haven is selling something far less serene –– a front-row seat to a massive condo construction site. The elevated property, according to Zillow listing, offers “tremendous views of Fashion Island, Saddleback Mountain and the Castaways,” along with the promise of “even more vistas through future expansion or redevelopment.” But, the mansion currently offers depressing views of barren land with a backhoe loader as the main attraction.
