Observations from Thursday’s Jets training camp practice: Good The battle between two ex-Giants to be the Jets’ cyclical Kicker of the Year is off to a competitive start: Cade York was 6-for-6 and Jason Sanders was 5-for-6. Both kickers attempted from 34, 36, 39, 42, 45 and 48 yards, with the only miss on Sanders’ longest attempt. Bad Breece Hall fumbled at the end of a long run when he spun away from David Bailey, who was in the backfield a lot with three unofficial “sacks.” The ball rolled out of bounds and Hall subbed out the next rep for Braelon Allen, though it’s not clear if that was punitive or a rotation.
