Busy Cardiff route blocked both ways after police incident

A busy Cardiff road was blocked in both directions.A South Wales Police spokesperson said at around 3pm: "We're at the scene of an incident which has caused traffic queues on Tyndall Street, Butetown, at the roadworks near to the roundabout at the top of Central Link."Please avoid the area and use alternative routes where possible. Thank you for your patience."The force has since deleted its post about the incident and the road no longer appears to be blocked although heavy traffic remains in the area.We have approached South Wales Police for more information on the incident.
