Bus firm owned by Labour donors loses tribunal over unjustified drug test sacking

McGill's Buses, owned by billionaire brothers Sandy and James Easdale, was found to have ordered an unjustified drug test, withheld evidence and unlawfully restricted union representation before dismissing a depot store manager.
