Bulgaria Pulls Out From Coalition of the Willing

Bulgarian Prime Minister Rumen Radev argued that “financial and military aid to Ukraine” helps prolong Russia’s invasion and cited it as a reason for Sofia’s withdrawal from the UK- and French-led Coalition of the Willing.
