Building in Newarthill could become van dealership if North Lanarkshire Council supports development

New Brannock Ltd is seeking approval for a change of use for a building and storage site off Legbrannock Road which was previously the greenkeepers’ storage and maintenance shed at Torrance Park Golf Club, which closed in 2024.
