‘Budd’ Gould, founder of PNW’s Anthony’s Restaurants, dies at 85
Herbert “Budd” Milton Gould III was born in Seattle in 1940, opened his first restaurant in Bellevue in 1973 and went on to found the sprawling Anthony’s brand.
