BRS condemns removal of Peddi’s statue, vows to install it again

HYDERABADThe Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) has condemned the government action of removing the statue (bust) of party leader and former MLA Peddi Sudarshan Reddy at Narsampet in Warangal district, where it was installed on a private land with the land owner’s permission, without issuing any notice.Party working president K.T. Rama Rao said in a statement that the Revanth Reddy government had proved its sadistic attitude by removing the statue of Sudarshan Reddy overnight. He said being in power was not permanent to anybody and termed the statue removal as a Tughlaq act.
