British woman killed in stabbing attack at Germany railway station

The 31-year-old, who has not been named, was stabbed in the early hours of this morning at Rosenheim station, near the border with Austria. Emergency services were called to the scene at around 12.50am, but the woman died in hospital as a result of her injuries. A 27-year-old German man from the town of Fürstenfeldbruck, west of Munich, was arrested at the scene. The Bavarian Police confirmed a murder investigation is now underway.
